Design, synthesis and antifungal mechanism of novel acetophenone derivatives containing 1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thioethers

Abstract
Key functional groups carbonyl and 1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiol can be obtained simultaneously in the present of sulfuric acid. Antifungal mechanism study revealed that the compound can change the permeability of the cell membrane, causing their death.
