Abstract

Collectively, these findings highlight the critical role of DIS3L2 ribonuclease-mediated RNA degradation in safeguarding the correct transcriptome during spermatogonial differentiation and spermatocyte meiotic progression, thus ensuring normal spermatogenesis and male fertility.
