PEDOT:PSS hydrogel gate electrodes for OTFT sensors

Abstract
PEDOT:PSS hydrogel is used as soft, conductive gate electrodes for low-voltage hygroscopic insulator field effect transistors (HIFETs). HIFETs are sensitive to aqueous solutions of KCl, NaCl and H 2 O 2 , introduced through the hydrogel gate electrode.
