Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of the health status of students in educational institutions and the early detection of functional deviations among them. The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of the introduction of screening techniques for prenosological diagnostics in modern conditions of the educational environment. Comprehensive monitoring of the health status of children of secondary school age was carried out for 4 years with the aim of prenosological diagnosis and subsequent correction of functional deviations. The results allow us to conclude about the effectiveness and availability of monitoring in the conditions of educational organizations.
