Exploration for network distance teaching and resource sharing system for higher education in epidemic situation of COVID-19

Abstract
In the epidemic situation of COVID-19, the construction of distance education and resource sharing platform becomes more and more urgent and important when there is a major public health emergency in the world. This paper comprehensively introduces the social needs, framework composition, main functions and expected objectives of the system, analyzes the existing main problems and development bottlenecks in combination with the teaching practice, and shares the experience of distance teaching through the actual applications. Among them, the At present, the two-level (University and College) public platforms shared by the teachers together with students in Sichuan University were highlighted, which would provide useful reference for relevant research and platform construction. Finally, some "pocket experiments" were successfully carried out at students home under the long-distance guidance of teachers, and information and communication technologies are expected to play more and more key role during the epidemic or other similar global public health emergencies in future.
