Data-Driven Model Construction for Anisotropic Dynamics of Active Matter

Abstract
This paper presents a hybrid approach for extracting features of collective cell migration on a complex substrate, offering enhanced interpretability compared to data-driven algorithms and greater flexibility over simplified physical models, making it suitable to study a wide range of active matter systems.
