Abstract
The paper examines the impact of contemporary industrialization paradigms on the evolution of technical professionals' skill sets. By analyzing the foundational aspects of manufacturing under Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 paradigms, it identifies significant shifts in the nature and structure of manufacturing processes, facilitating the advancement into a novel phase of civilizational growth characterized by the integration and utilization of sophisticated technologies, cyber-physical systems, and cognitive frameworks. This necessitates the acquisition of novel competencies for effective human-machine-object interoperability. To ensure the adequacy of engineers' competencies to new functional and technological requirements, the authors substantiate the professional tasks of specialists in the field of ICT, communication systems and radio engineering. A gamification approach to the formation of new knowledge is proposed, including a set of game situations for training specialists in technical fields, an algorithm and principles of their application.
