Abstract
The possible nature of the observed strongest broadening of the electron-paramagnetic resonance is discussed in this paper on the basis of studies of the spectra of electron-paramagnetic resonance, infrared rays, and others. The possibility of changes in the interfacial layer of the nanocomposite is considered.
