Abstract
A mentor is someone who can help, provide guidance, and support a mentee. The professionals or experts whose opinions and guidance we esteem, admire, and heed are mentors. With technological growth, AI mentors have become prevalent these days. In order to assist people, particularly students, in all facets of life, AI mentoring is a concept that combines AI with machine learning. Regardless of the subject, an AI chatbot can help its student. With AI chatbots, students can simply receive the answers to their queries without experiencing any reluctance, and they do not have to worry about making a mistake. They need not wait for their mentor to be liberated. AI mentors are accessible around-the-clock, among many other benefits. Patience and strong listening skills are two qualities that make a good mentor, and AI chatbots can assure that they will have both. They also listen to the mentee without passing any judgement on the question posed by the mentee or the feeling expressed. AI is the future, and AI mentors are an excellent way to achieve this. The present paper aims to showcase a review on Mentoring through Artificial Intelligence and how it has become a new technology for the future generations. It discusses the benefits of mentoring through AI. It throws light on the benefits of AI mentoring over the traditional method of mentoring and shows new and modern possibilities.
