Abstract
islets and autologous CAR Tregs into the bone marrow of diabetic recipients, CAR Tregs traffic to the site of islet transplantation and maintain a phenotype of suppressive Tregs. Our results establish a framework for the optimization of CAR Treg therapy in NHP disease models.
