Abstract

In article number 2004537, Xinhua Qu, Bing Yue, Wei-En Yuan, and co-workers design and construct a multilayered nerve guidance conduit loaded with melatonin and Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles by electrospinning. Sequential and sustainable release of bioactive agents provides a supportive microenvironment for nerve regeneration, showing great potential for the long-term treatment of peripheral nerve injuries in vivo.
