Abstract

Efficient planar heterojunction inverted perovskite solar cells (PrSCs) were fabricated with MAPbI 3 perovskite layers prepared by using an aqueous Pb(NO 3 ) 2 as a facile, cost‐effective, and an environmentally benign approach. Especially, the MAPbI 3 perovskite film fabricated from aqueous Pb(NO 3 ) 2 on the MoO 3 /PEDOT:PSS hole transporting material bilayer exhibited better crystallinity, morphology, and performance.
