Abstract

The train accidents are happening due to unmanned railway crossing. Also people with suicidal tendency are sitting on the train track, which causes instant death. These incidents cause immediate disruption of the railway traffic on the track. This paper introduced a novel concept to pre vent such accidents, The Airbag Robot instantaneously inflate with the impact of human object using Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) technology and prevent injury to the human beings due to sudden impact on them. In addition, it prevents damage to the tracks and avoid late running of the train. The simulation on Matlab about the position of train, its velocity in coordination with the sensed object and the airbag Robotic instantaneous inflation due to an impact on MEMS device has given the satisfactory result on Matlab.In addition, the inflated Airbag Robot will assist in creating an Air drag to stop the running train earlier.
