Telemedicine Utilization by Orthopedic Patients During COVID-19 Pandemic: Demographic and Socioeconomic Analysis

Abstract
Background: The relaxation of telemedicine (TM) restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated adoption of this technology by many orthopedic practices. The purpose of this study was to examine the demographics of the orthopedic patients who utilized TM visits during the COVID-19 pandemic to identify opportunities to improve access.
