THE GEOMETRY OF CHANGE: Why Curved Space Eliminates Absolute Time

Abstract
This paper presents a geometric explanation for the relativity of time. Beginning with the familiar constant π as the signature of flat rotational symmetry, the work shows how curvature alters circular geometry and thereby reveals that space is elastic rather than rigid. Using experimental confirmations—including gravitational redshift, satellite clock drift, muon lifetime dilation, and gravitational-wave strain—the paper demonstrates that physical clocks do not tick at a universal rate. Instead, they respond to local geometric conditions of spacetime. From this, “time” emerges not as an independent dimension, but as the measurement of continuous change in curved space. The result is an elegant interpretation of general relativity: geometry is fundamental, and time is the bookkeeping of geometric change.
