Abstract
A novel ion-responsive photonic hydrogel sensor based on the poly( N -isopropylacrylamide- co -benzo-18-crown-6-acrylamide) hydrogel with fixed Fe 3 O 4 CNC chains has been developed for the highly-selective, portable, visual detection and removal of Pb 2+ in water.
