Abstract

In this modern world, many organizations offer many goods, services and products to their customers. The amount of services provided to customers is gradually increasing day by day. To keep their customers happy, organizations tend to have support teams to handle their queries. With millions of customer inquiries coming in every day, organizations cannot handle all inquiries with their limited human support team. Thus, a real-time voice call processing system can be designed to proactively handle customer queries and later be used by the organization to resolve queries.
