A highly sensitive self-powered photodetector based on pinhole-free PEA<sub>0.2</sub>FA<sub>0.8</sub>SnI<sub>3</sub> films with aminopyrimidine

Abstract
The PEA 0.2 FA 0.8 SnI 3 -based photodetector with addition of 2-aminopyrimidine exhibited a high responsivity (0.4 A W −1 ) and detectivity (1.16 × 10 12 Jones), while also ensuring excellent operation stability and repeatability after 10 4 on/off cycles.
