Abstract

A NaPF 6 -complexed PVA–chitosan solid polymer electrolyte was developed. Ion dynamics were studied using multiple formalisms. The EDLC device delivered 42.65 F g −1 specific capacitance, 5.4 W h kg −1 energy density, and 95 W kg −1 power density.
