Abstract

: We found that dietary lignans were inversely associated with hyperuricemia incidence, and the gut microbiota-bile acid axis might mediate this association. Our findings provide new perspectives on precise therapeutic targets and underlying mechanisms for conditions associated with elevated uric acid.
