Abstract

The local strcuture of 2LiF-BeF 2 (FLiBe) salt melt is investigated in detail using HT-NMR method, which is comprised of a series of tetrahedral coordinated ionic clusters ( e.g. , BeF 4 2− , Be 2 F 7 3− , Be 3 F 10 4− , and polymeric intermediate-range units.
