Abstract

The application potential of the La 2 Zr 2 O 7 ceramic as a lead-free dielectric capacitor was first proposed and investigated. The breakdown field strength is 1350 kV cm −1 , the energy storage density is 3.89 J cm −3 , and the efficiency is 89.78%.
