Keplerate-type polyoxometalate {Mo72Fe30} nanoparticle anodes for high-energy lithium-ion batteries

Abstract
<bold>{Mo72Fe30}</bold> as an anode for lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 1250 mA h g<sup>−1</sup>, 92% retention up to the 100<sup>th</sup> cycle, an excellent rate performance (868 mA h g<sup>−1</sup> at 2 A g<sup>−1</sup>), and a high energy density of 258 W h kg<sup>−1</sup> was studied by <italic>in operando</italic> measurements.
