Abstract

Polyfluorenes carrying a Ni( ii )-terminal were first prepared via Ni( ii )-catalyzed quasi-living Kumada catalyst-transfer polymerization, and poly(fluorene)- b -polycarbene copolymers with high optical activity and CPL were obtained in one pot.
