Abstract
Heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen and their derivatives have been reported historically as ingenious therapeutic agents. Pyrazole is one of foremost class of heterocyclic compounds which are abundantly reported across the literature. Various reports suggested that compounds containing pyrazole scaffold possess diversified and novel pharmacological profiles. Recently, researchers have focused on the analysis, significance and medical attributes of compounds having pyrazole moiety. Literature showed that there has been a great deal of interest in developing new compounds with antituberculosis activity. In this review, authors have tried to examine recent published literature based on derivative of pyrazole and special emphasis on their antituberculosis activity explored from 2015 to 2020.
