Abstract
以磺酰肼和二硫缩烯酮为起始物，在廉价易得的硫酸氢钠作为催化剂条件下，建立了二者之间区域选择性环化合成3-烷硫基取代的吡唑类化合物的方法.在1，4-二氧六环作为介质和80℃加热条件下进行，高效合成了一系列N-磺酰基结构的3-烷硫基吡唑化合物.
