Abstract

Features of the matrix synthesis are studied for nanowires made from FeNi and FeCo alloys. The composition of FeNi nanowires is shown to depend on the applied voltage and changes along the length of nanowires. The composition of FeCo nanowires is virtually independent of voltage and does not change along their length. The magnetic properties of the obtained samples of alloys depend on the voltage and the orientation of the magnetic field.
