Circ_0007841 accelerates ovarian cancer development through facilitating MEX3C expression by restraining miR-151-3p activity

Abstract

. In terms of mechanism, circ_0007841 worked as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) for miR-151-3p to facilitate MEX3C expression. Restoration of MEX3C level recovered the proliferation, migration and invasion of ovarian cancer cells. In conclusion, this study demonstrated that circ_0007841/miR-151-3p/MEX3C axis exerted important oncogenic functions in ovarian cancer.
