Highly reversible lithium metal anodes enabled by a lithium sulfamate layer with high ionic conductivity and a low surface diffusion barrier

Abstract

We have proposed a “simultaneous high ionic conductivity and low surface diffusion barrier” route by fabricating lithium sulfamate layer for Li metal anode. The artificial layer enabled uniform Li deposition at high rate, thus Li dendrite was inhibited and the interfacial stability was enhanced.
