Abstract
A high-performance organic photoelectrochemical transistor (OPECT) is developed by synergizing a light-sensitive aptamer/CdS QDs/Ti wire gate photoanode with a PEDOT:PSS-based device towards detection of the tear biomarker lysozyme.
