Abstract
Attention focuses on the organization of management at high-tech enterprises so as to permit their systematic and successful integration in a multicomponent digital economy. Innovative organization of management processes at high-tech enterprises on the basis of artificial intelligence (AI) is a response to the significant increase in the quantity, diversity, and complexity of information, its wide range of sources, and its increasing value. In the present work, the tools of the digital economy are analyzed in terms of increase in the key indices affecting the operational efficiency of high-tech enterprises. This study takes into account that industry has greater inertia than other sectors of the economy. The introduction of digital tools at high-tech enterprises reflects the need to organize and take account of key aspects of such enterprises—in other words, the needs to analyze and evaluate the production processes and the structure of the production assets. Digitization is a central component of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and has the dominant influence on the development of economic entities. The role of artificial intelligence as a complement to human intelligence is considered; it provides a clear route to the development of innovative technologies, industrial robots, and the Internet of Things. The conclusion reached in this study is that the comprehensive introduction of tools associated with the digital economy, including artificial intelligence, is necessary at high-tech enterprises, since it permits a qualitative leap in production processes and facilitates gains in product quality.
