Abstract
Arthritis, which affects more than 58.5 million adults in the United States, is characterized by inflammation of the joints, leading to pain and reduced mobility. Herbal remedies such as turmeric and ginger offer promising alternatives with fewer side effects, supporting their increasing use in the effective management of arthritis symptoms. More researc
