Aptamer–Sensor Interface Concept Note: Defining Aptamer G-Iodine as a Non-Therapeutic Signal Interface Component
Jinho Lee
Abstract
This concept note defines the Aptamer–Sensor Interface as a bio-computational interface model, explicitly positioning Aptamer G-Iodine as a non-therapeutic signal interface component rather than a drug, treatment, diagnostic, or therapeutic agent. This document exists for a single purpose: to permanently fix the identity of Aptamer G-Iodine within measurement-first, non-interventionist bio-computational systems such as the Consciousness–Aptamer Interface System (CAIS). This work does not assert therapeutic efficacy, diagnostic capability, clinical relevance, or biological intervention. Instead, it establishes clear conceptual boundaries for research, prototyping, and interdisciplinary collaboration in biosensors, molecular computing, bio-signal processing, and interface design. The document is intended to support laboratory-level validation, non-clinical proof-of-concept development, and interface-focused experimentation, while explicitly excluding medical, clinical, or regulatory claims. This concept note serves as a technical and conceptual boundary-setting document to prevent misclassification of Aptamer G-Iodine as a pharmaceutical or therapeutic substance, and to enable safe, regulation-aware research and system design. This work is authored by Jinho Lee and published under the canonical stewardship of the Salpida Institute of Consciousness Science (SICS). Additional canonical materials and repositories are maintained by SICS as part of the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF). D. Fixed Authority, Classification & Use Boundary This Technical Note functions exclusively as a conceptual and classification boundary-setting document for the Aptamer–Sensor Interface. It does not define, redefine, extend, or reinterpret CAIS, consciousness, consciousness metrics, diagnostic criteria, therapeutic mechanisms, or any constitutional, clinical, or regulatory authority. All technical, interpretive, and constitutional authority remains fixed exclusively in previously published DOI-registered canonical CAIS and CCF documents. Aptamer G-Iodine, as defined herein, is fixed as a non-therapeutic signal interface component intended solely for measurement-first, non-interventionist, and non-clinical bio-computational systems. This document makes no diagnostic, therapeutic, medical, biological intervention, regulatory, or commercial claims. Any interpretation, deployment, or representation of Aptamer G-Iodine as a drug, treatment, diagnostic agent, or therapeutic substance is explicitly outside the scope of this document. Any commercial use, derivative standardization, system deployment, or branding-based implementation requires a separate written agreement with the rights holder (Salpida Institute of Consciousness Science / Salpida Foundation).
