Compared with TACE in combination with lenvatinib and PD-1 inhibitors, HAIC (FOLFOX) in combination with lenvatinib and PD-1 inhibitors can improve tumor response and prolong OS, PFS, and DOR in HCC patients with PVTT and APFs.
