Abstract
A heterogeneous seed-assisted FAPbI 3 crystallization facilitated by the 2,4-diaminopyrimidine (DAP) molecule, was employed to promotes the highly-crystalline α-FAPbI 3 film, significant increasing the efficiency of inverted device to 25.29%.
