Lower bounds for moments of zeta and L$L$‐functions revisited

Abstract
This paper describes a method to compute lower bounds for moments of ζ $\zeta$ and L $L$ -functions. The method is illustrated in the case of moments of | ζ ( 1 2 + i t ) | $|\zeta (\tfrac{1}{2}+it)|$ , where the results are new for small moments 0 < k < 1 $0 <k <1$ .
