Abstract

A facile photodeposition method was used to selectively modify Cu 2 O and MnOOH on BiVO 4 . The improved H 2 O 2 -production activity was mainly attributed to the dual built-in electric field in the BiVO 4 /Cu 2 O S-scheme heterojunction.
