Abstract
This paper researched the necessity on the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises, and then examines the digital innovation model of manufacturing enterprises based on the case study of Haier Group’s “Internet Plant”, and find out how to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry and realize “intelligent manufacturing” of manufacturing enterprises.
