Comparative Investigations on Potential Factors in View of Electric Mobility Espousal in Indian Context

Abstract
The e-mobility market is enhancing at fast pace worldwide that is a crucial development as electric automobiles are becoming driving force to fulfil climate objectives. In context of a highly populated developing nation, e-mobility in India still has room to grow. This is essential to assess the critical aspects impacting consumers' common perception about e-mobility in Indian context. This work investigates essential factors to e-mobility adoption derived from literature. For comparative Investigations, electric vehicle users and non-users in India have been interacted by Google form questionnaires based data collection. IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) is performed for analysing the data for user and non-user categories. The results show that EV users and non-users differ in their assessment of certain factors influencing e-mobility espousal.
