Abstract

Monodisperse β-NaYF 4 :Er 3+ @NaYbF 4 @NaYF 4 upconversion nanoparticles are synthesized using a one-step thermal decomposition process and further incorporated into the hole transporting layer to improve the efficiency of Sb 2 (S,Se) 3 solar cells.
