Efficient inverted CsPbI<sub>3</sub>inorganic perovskite solar cells achieved by facile surface treatment with ethanolamine

Abstract
A facile and effective surface treatment strategy is proposed to modify the CsPbI 3 surface with ethanolamine. Thus, a champion power conversion efficiency of 18.41% with improved stability is achieved for the inverted CsPbI 3 solar cells.
