Abstract
Phomeroids A (<bold>1</bold>) and B (<bold>2</bold>), two novel meroterpenoids representing two types of skeletons, together with one known homologous analogue (<bold>3</bold>) were isolated from the deep-sea-derived fungus <italic>Phomopsis tersa</italic> FS441.
