Abstract
Pediatric thyroid nodules with discordant clinical and US findings required follow-up repeat biopsies; applying a modified pediatric-specific biopsy cutoff considering clinical risk factors improved the diagnostic performance of the Korean Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System and American College of Radiology Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System.
