Abstract

In the face of escalating global disasters and crises, swift and effective emergency communication and response systems are imperative. This paper introduces an innovative solution to address the critical gaps in existing disaster management strategies. This paper proposes the development of a sophisticated drone system designed to enhance emergency assisting and search-and-rescue operations. The significance of the paper lies in its potential to revolutionize the disaster management by leveraging drone technology to mitigate the loss of life and property. Drone is used as a main controller to gather the information about the current scenario of disaster affected region. Tensor Flow employs CNN algorithm that is used to process the image captured from the camera integrated with drone. The information collected about the people in emergency can be accessed via website to undergo recovery operations. The development and implementation of an emergency alerting drone system for disaster management have the potential to revolutionize disaster response efforts. The results demonstrate the significant improvements in response times, situational awareness, and resource allocation.
