Regulating multiple self-trapped exciton emissions in zero-dimensional antimony halides with pyramidal units

Abstract
The [SbCl 5 ] 2− distortions modulate triplet STE emissions. The enhancement of high-energy triplet emission is ascribed to enhanced electron–phonon coupling, promoted intersystem crossing process, as well as restrained nonradiative transitions.
