Abstract
With the rapid advancement of electronic technology, the demand for wearable and portable electronic devices has significantly increased. MXene-based multifunctional textiles have attracted extensive attention from researchers due to their unique various functionalities, while the poor oxidation and structure stability limit their applications. In this study, a novel MXene/tannic acid-modified cellulose nanofibers (TACNF)-based multifunctional textile was prepared by screen-printing and post treatment. The abundant phenolic hydroxyl groups in TA effectively protect the MXene nanosheets from oxidation. The subsequent ZnCl 2 cross-linking treatment leads to the metal coordination between Zn ions and TA molecules, which further improves the structure stability of the composite coating and endows the functional textile with enhanced antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus . The composite textile with a rationally designed electrically conductive structure demonstrates decent sensing ability toward tiny and large human motions, and its exceptional photo-/electro-thermal conversion ability also enables promising potential applications in thermal therapy and heat sterilization. This study provides new insights for the design and fabrication of smart healthcare textiles.
