Movable Antenna Enabled ISAC Beamforming Design for Low-Altitude Airborne Vehicles

Abstract
In low-altitude vehicle systems, ISAC enhances transmission rates in limited spectrum conditions. This paper proposes ISAC-MA, which optimizes antenna positioning to improve both radar and communication performance in cluttered environments. The method ensures required sensing SNR while boosting communication SNR. A successive convex approximation (SCA)-based block coordinate descent (BCD) algorithm maximizes communication capacity under sensing SNR constraints. Results show that ISAC-MA outperforms traditional ISAC systems and benchmarks in terms of communication capacity under the same sensing SNR.
