Abstract

The synergistic passivation effect of K<sup>+</sup> and citrate from potassium citrate significantly boosts the PCE from 16.31% to 19.66%, which is among the highest MAPbI<sub>3</sub> solar cells with PEDOT:PSS as HTL.
