Abstract

This document presents CAIS Architecture v1.0, a technical system blueprint for the Consciousness–Aptamer Interface System (CAIS). CAIS is defined as a buildable, modular, and layered architecture designed to transform observable biological, molecular, and physical signals into structured, computation-ready outputs without invoking therapeutic claims or interpretive judgment. This document does not redefine consciousness, consciousness metrics, or canonical frameworks. Instead, it translates previously published and DOI-registered canonical definitions into an implementation-oriented system architecture. CAIS Architecture v1.0 is intended as a technical bridge document, clarifying system structure, component roles, and buildability boundaries, while preserving strict dependency and lineage with existing canonical documents within the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF). This work supports staged prototyping, interdisciplinary collaboration, and system-level feasibility assessment, without functioning as a specification, standard, or commercial implementation guide. D. Fixed Authority & Architectural Use Boundary This Technical Brief functions solely as an implementation-oriented architectural translation of previously published and DOI-registered canonical CAIS and CCF definitions. It does not define, redefine, extend, or reinterpret consciousness, consciousness metrics, interpretive standards, therapeutic mechanisms, diagnostic criteria, or any constitutional, clinical, regulatory, or ethical authority. All conceptual, interpretive, and constitutional authority remains fixed exclusively in previously published DOI-registered canonical documents within the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF), including but not limited to the CAIS Derivative System Rule and CAIS Device Class Definition. This document is non-clinical, measurement-first, and non-interventionist. It makes no diagnostic, therapeutic, medical, regulatory, commercial, or certification claims. Any use of this architecture for commercial deployment, standardization, certification, branding-based implementation, or derivative system definition requires a separate written agreement with the rights holder (Salpida Institute of Consciousness Science / Salpida Foundation).
