Abstract
This work reports a novel white light emission phosphor LaGdO 3 :Bi 3+ ,Eu 3+ . A single-phased WLED device with a color-rendering index of 92.4 was successfully prepared by employing a near-ultraviolet chip and the LaGdO 3 :Bi 3+ ,Eu 3+ phosphors.
